Purchasing Items:
- If you purchase from me at a fair, market or similar event where you are able to see/examine the item before purchase, then all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be available if the item is faulty in some way, and only if the faulty item is returned within 30 days. Items damaged by you are after purchase are not refundable/exchangeable.
- If you purchase an item from me that you have only seen online then the normal 14 day cooling off period applies for you to change your mind and return the item unused and undamaged for a refund. Postage/return costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- If you custom order an item I will work with you to ensure that the item meets, and hopefully exceeds, your expectations. With regard to items that need to fit comfortably I will ensure that items are altered/remade as necessary until you are happy with the result. I may ask for a non-refundable deposit for highly-customised items i.e. with initials on etc that cannot be resold.
- If an item develops a fault after these time periods I will do my best to assist in repairing it. Please contact me. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage isn’t a fault, however please do contact me in such circumstances as I may be able to find a low cost solution to fix the issue.
